She was born in Famagusta, Cyprus. She completed her primary and secondary education at Near East College. During this time, she passed the piano exams of the Royal Academy of Music. She entered the Business Administration department of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Near East University. In her third year of university, she became one of the first recipients of a European Union scholarship in Northern Cyprus and studied for a year at Aarhus University in Denmark, in the Economics department, under the Erasmus Program. After graduating, she continued her studies in Business Administration at Hasselt University in Belgium.
She completed his Master's degree in Management.
İpek Akol won first place in a competition organized by a local magazine in 2018, being selected as the Style Icon of the Year. She has appeared in many music videos featuring compositions by her mother. She writes essays and poetry. Her hobbies include playing the piano, spending time in nature, caring for her cats, and playing sports.
Since childhood, she has maintained the habit of traveling to different countries with her family, and this habit continued throughout her student years with friends she met abroad. Discovering new places, experiencing the cultures of different countries up close, and tasting their traditional cuisines are her greatest passions.
